Broker’s Comments:

It is rare that a vessel like CREST is offered for sale. More than just a boat; CREST has been a love affair for the owners and family. Designed by world-renown marine architect Al Mason and handcrafted by the original owners, CREST has been a home, a place to raise a family on the water, and a life long adventure for the owners/builders. She could be easily marketed as a wooden boat by appearance, but her heavily constructed fiberglass hull reduces maintenance and carries the ketch rig well.

Designed as a capable extended cruiser, CREST features a three-cabin layout with two heads and includes a workshop in the bow. Her three-cabin layout with three berths forward, two in the main cabin and two in the aft cabin provides comfortable accommodations for seven.

Minimum shoal draft enables CREST to visit many cruising areas normally inaccessible to vessels of her size. She is economical to operate under power, cruising at 8 ¾ mph, using less than 2 gallons of fuel per hour. For the traditional cruising sailor looking to sail in comfort and make a bold statement in every harbor, you enter CREST is worthy of your inspection. Visit the CREST website for more information and construction details. June 2018 Survey Available with accepted offers.
